I have been residing at Ford Manor Apartments since October of 2018. In July of 2019 Skyview purchased this building. Since they have taken over this property they have done quite a few improvements! They renovated the lobby from top to bottom – painted, laid ceramic tile and updated all the lighting. They did a fresh coat of paint in all the stairwells and hallways on each floor and painted all the apartment doors. Laid ceramic tile on all hallways floors. Changed the door handles for each apartment. They also completely renovated the laundry room from top to bottom. They updated the lighting in the basement, laundry room included. The whole building was inspected for electrical issue and they changed lighting where required and added some more lighting outside under the carport and in the back of the building for more security for the tenants. I have seen some of the apartments after they have been renovated. They look very nice and have such big improvements! I feel like Skyview really cares about their properties. Since they took this one over, it has changed quite a bit for the better! I am very happy with the changes they have done so far and I am really looking forward to the rest of the improvements they have coming! Any interactions I have had with Skyview’s staff has been pleasant. I find them to be helpful and they get things done as soon as possible. The on-site resident manager Tim is kind and helpful. He works very hard at keeping the building clean and attends to requests for any paperwork in a timely manner. I noticed he has been hard at work doing a lot of the required renovations throughout the building as well. Nice to see Tim and all the contractors making all these improvements! Thank you for investing in this building! I am proud to live here even more because it shows this company cares.
