I am a tenant here at 655 Mohawk Rd E, Hamilton. I have been living here since October 1st, 2018 in a 2 bedroom apartment. So far my experience here has been positive as far as living in an apartment. Management takes care of things quickly and smoothly if you follow the right procedures and fill out the right paper work. The main essentials is what I like such as the clean floors, no bad odors in the hallways, clean outdoor space, and positive vibes. The most thing I enjoy so far is the garden out back. It gives my little one a place to play and enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes it feels like a little getaway from everything, definitely a selling feature of living here. I hope this years Canada Day happens, because its going to be great here at our location with bbq, music, and fireworks that Mike, our Superintendent, hosts every year. Cheers!

I would like to highlight my very good experiences with Skyview located at 655 Mohawk Road East, Hamilton, starting from dealing with the application, receiving the apartment clean and ready to move into. Regarding the management, they really are helpful and respectful. Whenever I request any help or support, they’re always there. Within the Epidemic crisis, in my opinion, they did they best by keep the building clean, posted notices and instructions at every entrance. The best period for my family and I is the event that Mike & Management organizes each year to gather all tenants and spend nice time. I have been living in this building since December 2017 and based on all of the above, I ended up referring my brother to live here in which he is now a resident too!
