I’ve lived at 850 Kyle Court for about 5 years now. When I first moved in, the place was a little beat up, but since Skyview took over I’ve seen a big difference in the overall maintenance of the property. The paint job was well needed, thank you! As for our Resident Manager Dan, he always seems to know what to do especially in an emergency. Once the carpets are replaced this place will be top notch.

I am pleased that the current owner has taken initiative and seems to care that our homes are taken after. Our Resident Manager Dan is great. Building doesn’t have a bad smell anymore and it is much cleaner. Also glad to see outside being worked on more now.

I have been a resident with Skyview for 2 years now. I am very pleased with the upgrades they are continuously doing. And anytime I’ve had to contact Dan, the Super-maintenance man about any problems or concerns. He is always there immediately with a solution. In these tough times of COVID-19 the compassion and understanding they show is a big relief.

Just a quick note to let you know that we love living at this building. Everyone is pleasant and the building is well maintained and extremely clean which is a great change from where we were living before. Our landlord is very helpful and we know we can always get a hold of Dan, the Resident Manager, whenever needed.
