The building was always very well maintained and you were always so welcoming and nice. It shows you take good care of the place and truly care about the people you rent the apartments to, as everyone who lives there is so nice and respectful. As a resident of 53 First Ave, Orangeville for over 10 years, I can honestly say that I am thrilled with the Resident Manager, Karen. She is a one of a kind in this line of work. She’s VERY professional and also quite personable. She even checks in with me to ensure I am all right (talk about one of a kind!). This building is kept immaculately with care and the upmost pride and amazing work ethic, both inside and outside the building. Karen is truly remarkable. I’ve been here for nearly 13 years. I’m never afraid to walk outside in bad weather because she’s always on top of snow removal and salting. I’d never trip and fall. I recently noticed a plaque that read ‘Residential Manager of 2021’ on her office wall, and She truly deserves it. I’m overjoyed and excited for her. Karen Ivany, our Residential Manager, is a blessing to us all.
