The Resident Managers, Don and Theresa of 355 Melvin Ave., are the best! When I first met them in the mail room I knew right away that they were going to be awesome. They have done so much for this building they both have gone above and beyond for all the tenants. The building is always clean and the front and back of the building is also always looked after. Teresa and Don are the best supers as they are fair with everyone. They handle each and every problem the way it should be handled. I have lived here for a few years now but I also grew up in this area and I have to say that this is the best the building has ever been. Don and Theresa are a very hard-working couple but they also take time to make sure their tenants are healthy and OK. They always say hi and talk to us all even if they are busy. They take those few minutes to make sure that person is happy. Personally, I think they are the best and I know this because I have dealt with Supers before and never have I met anyone like them. Theresa and Don, you have truly gone above and beyond for everyone in this building. Thank you.

Over the last three decades, our building has gone through many changes – some good and some just awful. The best thing that happened here for many years was the hiring of Don and Theresa Ross. They work long hours, the building is clean and they have helped to turn this building around. It shows each and every day how much they care. I respect them for all they do to make the tenants feel like they’re not just a rent check every month. This to me is so very important. All through this pandemic, they have put forth as much as humanly possible to help such as giving food donations for those who have lost jobs. We are not just a building, we are a community, looking out for each other. Don and Theresa do many special things above and beyond the call of duty. We decorate for Halloween and Christmas making it a special time for all of the children. Even Don, he dresses up like Santa to give out gifts and candy for all the children. This is very special and means a lot too young and old alike. I am so deeply grateful to Don and Theresa for being the wonderful caring people they are. They work hard and it shows on a daily basis. They truly do deserve the respect of all the tenants and for the most part they got it. Please do everything and anything to keep them here and happy for many years to come.

I am writing this letter to inform you that since Theresa and Don have taken over they have done a fabulous job. The building is a lot cleaner and they take care of their tenants. Also, since this COVID-19 pandemic, I have never seen so much compassion and hard work from a superintendent as to keeping everyone safe. They both do what they can for all the 18 floors. Theresa is always wiping, washing and vacuuming all floors every day putting themselves at risk. In my eyes as well as others, these are two great people – by far the best superintendents this building has had in years.

First of all, I would like to say that since you have taken over this site, it has been very apparent that your company is experienced in good management of the buildings. I compliment you on the ongoing upgrades! The improvements have been very rewarding… things are starting to look brighter here at 355 Melvin Ave!
