We have been living at 45 Driftwood Ave for a few years. During the years there’s been different superintendents, but the building has lately done a big improvement. The hallways are cleaned daily, the floors mopped smelling nice and clean, and the carpets vacuumed, elevators wiped down. The entrance of the building cleared of snow, and the grass cut. The laundry room is also cleaned daily, the garbage around the building picked up. The garbage bins are daily taken outside for pick up, and the super also keeps the garbage bins area clean. The maintenance of the building has improved a lot more, things are getting fixed, and taken care of. All this has improved in the building thanks to the superintendent Kathy, who I see early in the mornings, or night time, and rain, snow, or sun keeping the building clean. She also respects and has good communication with the tenants, which for that reason has built a good relationship with the tenants of 45 Driftwood Ave. I would recommend this building to people because the rent is fair, and even though it’s close to Jane and Finch area, the building is quiet and no one bothers. It’s separated from other buildings, it has a few bus stops walking distance, it’s also walking distance from grocery stores, gas stations, nail salons, schools, libraries, fast food restaurants, many other places and malls.
